We want you to ADORE every touch of your Aura-Lotus makeup experience, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please notify us via email: contact@aura-lotus.co.uk and return the goods in its original packaging to: Unit 126549, PO Box 15113, Birmingham, B2 2NJ within 7 days of receiving the product.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
SHIPPING

Unfortunately we are not yet shipping outside of the UK, but we are working to make it possible soon.
Standard delivery is £1.99, All orders in the UK are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days, please note working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
All orders over £50.00 will automatically be eligible for recorded delivery and will be assigned to their order. This is to ensure the safety and security of the package.
